    I have been training here for over 10 years. Flexible class schedules, a wealth of instructor experience and knowledge in a open and encouraging environment. The school is always looking for ways to better serve the needs of the students, be if from different training programs, specialty classes, health and fitness, or other programs of self defense. High emphasis is placed on the student understanding not only the how, but also the why.

    The facility is top notch! Two large classrooms, changing rooms and lobby. Tuition delivers the most bang for the buck without a lot of confusing fees or hidden costs. If you are serious about self defense or just want a good place to train that emphasizes real world, street applicable techniques and approaches, there really is no other place around!
