    The quality of the ring that we had made custom made at Luxor was poor.

    On two separate occasions, we had diamonds fall out of the ring which were subsequently lost. On a third occasion, we had one of the sides of the ring (bezel) actually fall completely apart. All of this happened over a span of just 3 years.

    Overall customer service was disappointing considering the trouble we had with the ring. I would have expected a great deal more given our issues with the ring and the price that we ultimately paid for it.

    I will never go back.........
