    Extremely poor customer service! I have been with Schwab Agency for years, never had to communicate with them until recently and had a bad experience to the point of insults on the phone and being hung up on by one of their agents. I don't recommend working with this agency. Your better off working with the insurance companies yourself. Very deceptive. I didn't even want to give the one star.
